Board of Directors

The property and business of the Corporation is managed by a Board of twenty (20) Directors. The Board of Directors consists of one (1) person from each provincial or territorial association which are members of the Register and one (1) person from each provincial/territorial association and regulatory body which are members of the Register, and one representative from the Canadian Psychological Association. In some instances, where one body performs both fraternal and regulatory functions, it sends two persons. The members of the Board of Directors must be listees of the Register. The Board of Directors may, on literature of the corporation, be designated as the Council of the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology Incorporated and may be referred to as the "Council of the Register".

Officers

The Officers of the Corporation are the President, Vice-President, Past President, Executive Director, Secretary and Treasurer.

Executive

The Executive Committee of Council is composed of the Officers and two At-large members, all of whom, with the exception of the Executive Director, are elected by and from among the members of Council.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the members of the corporation shall be held at the Head Office of the corporation or elsewhere in Canada as the Board of Directors may designate, on a date set by the Board, but in no event shall the annual meeting be held at a time greater than fifteen months from the previous annual meeting. At such meeting, the members shall elect a Board of Directors and shall receive reports from the Board and the Auditors.
