ADHERENCE TO PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS The Register, as a national body, requires of its listees that they abide by a professional code which demands that they adhere both to the letter and to the spirit of those provincial enactments which affect them as psychologists. Listees will not seek to use a Register listing as a means to circumvent those rules which could apply to them. For example, it is the obligation of a psychologist to hold himself/herself out as a psychologist wherever and whenever doing psychological work. Psychologists admitted to the practice of psychology in one jurisdiction shall not assume any authority to practice in any other jurisdiction by virtue of inclusion in the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. If you wish to join the Canadian Register please review the Eligibility Criteria (PDF) (and Master's Eligibility) before completing and submiting an application (PDF). Please note that the application is in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF). If you do not have the acrobat reader you may obtain it here If you require additional information, please feel free to contact us.
